I was thinking that too - so I tried different temps. and still get the specks. I'm now wondering if it's in one of the oils? But I don't see them in the individual oils.
Oh, what to do?!

Do you need to stir one of your oils before you scoop or pour them out?

When I first started getting the specks, I put a question out on another forum and somebody said that it was stearic acid produced by the palm oil. My recipe does have alot of palm oil, but I don't stir before I scoop it out. Is that really important?
