I know exactly what your going through. My dog Jenny has cancer in her upper jaw and she has been with us for 11 years and we got her as a stray adult dog. We take one day at a time and give her all the love she can handle. She is the smartest dog we've ever had and will be sadly missed when shes gone. When the time comes to put her down it will be the last kind thing we can do for her.

I am very sorry that you have to make this decision. You know in your heart it is the best one but you will always miss him.

He is doing great! He's still keeping his food down with no problems. His fur is shiny again and he is back to his normal self. Wish my vet had suggested this food a long time ago! Thanks for asking! <3

Been thining about you and zack alot today, I was still in hope that things are still going well for him, sound like he might come out of thisafter all, but i will continue to pray every night for you and him. I hope that your sweet kitty continues to improve and thrive on the new cat food. My animals are as much parts of my family as my own children so I certainly understand the agony you were feeling when he was not doing well.

The food he is on now is called "gastro" and its very easy to digest and extra nutritional. She had him on a food for kidney disease before, its now evident that he was misdiagnosed with this because his kidney tests are perfect!

He still hasn't thrown up, and his litter box shows normalcy inside. Its great! He is acting like his old self again, pouncing the girl cats and wrestling with them. I'm so happy he is doing better!

Im so happy to hear your good news!!!

Zach has taken a turn for the worse again, he can't even manage beef broth. I've decided to phone the vet's office Tuesday and make his final appointment. At least I got a little longer with him. Very very upset.
