I definitely wouldn't use all those oils in one bath bomb. That would most likely set it off.
Shea butter will help hold the bomb together. I'd skip grapeseed since it can go rancid so quickly.
The almond oil, are you talking sweet almond oil?
Jojoba oil and sweet almond oil are nice and light, so that will help keep the tub from getting too slippery.
I don't have a recipe, but what I'd try is one oil at a time, to see what you like best.
When adding butters and oils to bath bombs, I've found it easier to add it to the baking soda first, then adding the citric acid to that. It helps not set off the citric acid.
