Teach Soap

Hello guys. Good day to everyone. I have something ask about virgin coconut oil (vco). i want to use this as part of my base oil but i dont know the sap value of this oil. Every batch i did, (though small batch yet) i only used the following oils:
Coconut oil (30%),
palm oil (30%),
canola oil - rapeseed oil (12.5%);
castor oil (2.5%) and
shortening(vegetable) - 25%

> With the above oils, i want to add vco oil.... my query is, how many percent will i add to make it effective...

Help me guys.... because i want to do mass production now...

I find coconut oil over 20% in soap drying. I would get yourself some olive oil and recalculate your recipe. Is olive oil not available in your area? Olive oil added to a recipe really makes a great soap.

how about virgin coconut oil mam Irena, is it the same with coconut cooking oil?

what is virgin coconut oil ? compared to regular coconut oil? can you tell the diffrence in soap? Is it worth the extra $ ?

I wish the scent stayed! The coconut oil I use smells soooo yummy!
