Teach Soap

My city has a large plant that produces shortening and cooking oils, I just discovered. I have been having trouble finding palm oil so I called their office and just got a reply email offering me cottonseed oil, palm oil, and shortening in bulk. Interestingly, there is no tax payable because these are all classed as foods. Price is around $2.20 per Kg. They supply in 25L containers which would be OK except they have a minimum order of 20 of those.
They kindly supplied the saponification numbers as follows:
cottonseed 190-200
palm 195-205
Lirio brand shortening 190-200
I assume he's given me the KOH values or it makes no sense.

Unless you know the % of each oil(s), there is no easy way to find the SAP value for the combo of these oils.

SAP value range for coconut is 250 - 264
Palm is in the range of 190 - 205
Soybean is 190
Avocado is 177 - 198
Shortening depends what's actually in it. How did your seller figure out what the SAP is?
Cottonseed is a soft oil so that could be why your soap is coming out soft.
