Been thinking about how I would handle the return/feedback/complaint/refund for these molds. My initial response was the same as yours -- furious, wanting to tell the world about this mold maker and products.
After a couple of days, settled on a different solution in my mind. I'd drop it. I've bought $300 (plus shipping) or so worth of molds that turned out I didn't/couldn't use for a variety of reasons. All of them were from reliable, honest vendors I had used before. I chalk it up to part of the learning curve in running/operating a business and write it off to "the cost of doing business."
Investing the time, money, energy to make this right may not be worth it. Throwing "good money after bad" to ship them back doesn't make sense to me. Only you can decide.
