A lady I follow on Facebook has been making a few batches of these soaps:

She says it's a 'pouring technique' but won't share how she does it. Would anyone know what they're doing to get the lines like that? I've love to have a go for myself.

Those are gorgeous! It looks almost like a funnel or column pour done at thin trace. Or maybe it's a spoon swirl...

She said that "maybe one day I'll show you another swirl"... so I'm assuming it's a swirl of some sort. :?:

I just love how it looks like a beach, and given I grew up with sand between my toes, I would love to make these!

I had my suspicions about that too. I was thinking it almost looks like she's poured a colour and white at the same time as well. Like she poured yellow and white together, then the blues and white together. To get those 'lines'?

Awesome. Column pouring is something high on my list too once I get my soft soap issue sorted. I'm working my way up to that as well

I'm absolutely addicted to the column swirl, I can't wait to do one! But first I need to figure out my personal "basic" recipe and make sure I have it down 100%. I'm just not sure how many variations to try before I decide which I like best!

It looks like it was poured at a very thin trace or just a smidge beyond emulsification.

Could it also be that they don't mix the colours 100%? ie, instead of using a mini stick blender to make sure all the colour is mixed in, just use a whisk and like half blend it? So you get part colour, part white soap?
