True Purple Color

What do you all suggest using to get a nice true purple color in cp soap? I have a purple mica from tkb but it morphs to an icky gray color. I originally bought it for m&p so I kind of knew it wouldn't survive cp. Links would be great if you have any! Thanks so much!

For CP soap, try Lab Colors or FD&C Blue #1.

I used ultramarine violet oxide, it even stayed a really nice purple when mixed into a beer-ish coloured CP.

I use violet oxide and add a very little blue to it it makes a darker purple.

Something that I got from TKB is a liquid colorant. It's either a dye or pigment suspended in glycerine - no mixing required.

I bought the "Gentian Flower", which is a really nice purple.
