Hi folks, which lemon EO (lemon grass, lemon verbina, lemon balm) do you prefer in CP ?Im getting ready to do a big order and I've never worked with any. And how do they hold up scent wise over time?

not on your list, but the only lemon eo I've used is litsea cubeba EO...very lemon-y and it holds up well.

Lemongrass & lemon verbena work fine in soap. I normally add a little litsea for staying power. I would save the lemon balm for leave on products, such as lotions.

Lemon verbena is on the IFRA restricted list. It does smell lovely, but I would try to follow their guidelines.

how long does their fragrance last compaired to FOs?

I like the lemongrass much better than pure lemon (smells too much like furniturte polish to me!)
