Made another batch tonight of Goat's Milk and Lard and NO BRAINS!!! :mrgreen:

Will post pics tomorrow if you like - I just wacked it straight in the freezer once it was done. Poured in beautifully!!!

I use goats milk in my lard soaps all the time, and I mix the lye directly into the full amount of milk (frozen until slushy & I don't wait either, just mix continuously until all the lye is blended and dissolved). Or I use powdered goats milk mixed into my oils (Even easier!). It's really easy to have the soap overheat even when it's not insulated and adding honey makes that even more likely to happen. Popping it into the freezer was a good move!

My brain-free batch of Goat's Milk soap!!

It's still a bit soft to the touch though. Feels like the block of lard I put in actually! That soft of soft, slippery, squishy outside.

Thats how I plan to use my detailed hard plastic mold eventually, a nice blue and green ITP swirl with natural background =)

Coolah, that term came from a TV show in the ??70's...."Kung Fu". I use to watch more TV back then, now I just make soap and read about soap. :wink:
