Would the scent still be strong in a lemon sugar hand scrub at Christmas if they were made now? Also, what about body scrubs and bath salts. I do not want to make them up if it would be a waste of scents.

It depends what the other ingredients are and how much lemon you add per lb.

I was going to use about 1 1/2 cup white sugar, and some safflower, grapeseed, jojoba and alittle avocado oils.

on the bath salts I just use Epsom, Sea Salt and alittle baking soda or powered milk
