Teach Soap

Hello! Looking for advice as to what kinds of oils I can use for salt / sugar scrubs, apart from Almond oil / olive oil.

I like a light oil such as grapeseed oil or jojoba.

I use coconut. I find olive oil too heavy.

I like grapeseed due to family allergies to almond. I sometimes use a little bit of olive in there as well. And sometimes it may depend on how bad 'I need to' make something and what is on hand.

I know somewhere this has been mentioned, and I tried a search, but so much came up... I realize that you don't "normally" need a preservative in a sugar/salt scrub, and "water" is not part of the recipe. Howerver, its always been my fear that someone would have the jar in the shower with them, and water either by their hands scopping or from the shower would be introduced into the scrub causing it to go bad, mold, bacteria, etc... So... if the below is a recipe that I would be using (took from teach soap blog for example purposes), and I wanted to add some preservative to it as a safeguard, how much would be added?

3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup ground oatmeal (not instant)
1/4 cup pure honey
3/4 to 1 cup (or to total saturation) Oil of choice - I use Jojoba, Grapeseed or Sweet Almond
1/4 tsp Essential or Fragrance oil of choice (optional)
