I have used several with no issues. I also have about 2 dz waiting to be soaped. Here's a few I really enjoyed: Dr Feelgood, Hot Pink Pomegranate, Champagne Pear, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Pineapple Orchid, Cashmere (kind of light), Clean Cotton, Dragons Blood, Poison Pie, Obsession, and Apple Mango Tango. Tomorrow I'm soaping Fairy Dust.

I have ordered a bunch just now,soaped lemon meringue pie/ lavender,smells great and strong first day, I also had others such as lime cilantro was heaven and srong,basil sage was great and strong, so was apple jack peel...I always use more than recommended % ,never had a problem, sorry but the FO just poofs away to fast...I use them in my face and " other" areas to see, if the FO would do anything..NEVER A PROBLEM....

Agree, but that is way I keep using the soaps myself, to see if there is any irritation.....

Not to mention that if you need to use more than recommended the cost goes up. Most of the time the FO is the most expensive part of the soap that I make.

Sometimes A Mistake is so much fun, You just have to do it again!

I haven't had much luck with them. I ordered a big batch of samples and of the first few I used none of them worked well at all. One faded to nothing, one morphed from OMG! to Oh PUKE! and the riced badly. The biggest disappointment was the 8oz bottle of Rosemary mint I bought that did not smell herbally good and realistic as the review said but more like Pepto-uck! Also I had to use more then 1oz PPO to get a scent that held up and I ended up adding Rosemary EO to it to help it out on rebatch. I was sick! When I messaged them about the poor performance of their oils I got a I could give a flip less attitude about it from them and a buy at your own risk. NO THANK YOU!! I will buy from someone who cares about me as a customer.

Hello there,

I bought about 20 different fragrances from NG and found that most of them held their scent pretty well. The ones that were REALLY strong were Black Cherry BOMB, STUD, Frosted Lime Cupcake, Victorian Rose,
and Strawberry Shortcake. I really loved these and they smelled so good. Oh, and Pumpkin Apple Spice was AMAZING!

I took the plunge last night and ordered a bunch of stuff from NG, including the one dupe I was so thrilled to find. I'll post on here after I've used them and can talk about results.

Irena, if you go to the NG website and click on a particular FO, on the page of information for that particular FO (and you have to scroll down pretty far to find this), they have a section that talks about how that particular FO behaves in various applications, candles, bar soap, lotions, and other stuff. The info on the bar soap is pretty detailed, but they don't have that information for every FO.

I don't remember which FO it was (and I think I looked at nearly all of them! ), at some place on the page of specific information for a particular FO there was a notation in big red letters that said, "NOT SKIN SAFE!!" So it looks like if you really can't use a particiular FO for an on-the-skin application, they will tell you.
