I have both on hand and have been asked to make sugar scrubs, whipped body butter and lotion bars and would like to use either Optiphen or Cosmocil CQ which one would you all suggest works best? These will be Christmas gifts for a large number of people and would like to extend the life not to mention protect people that apply with not allows clean or dry hands. In th past I made in small amounts fresh each time for my customers which understand about the life of natural products, etc., but now the demand has increased and I would like to be safe vs sorry. Thank you!

I would go with Optiphen. Be aware that it's temp sensitive. Cosmocil CQ just by itself would not give you enough protection.

I decided to go with the Optiphen as you suggested and some honey in the scrubs and whipped body butter, not going to use any in the lotion bars, just will include different labeling instructions.
