Wholesalesuppliesplus.com - They offer free shipping

naturesgardencandles.com - Right now they have their M&P Base (white and clear) for 3.65 (Pretty awesome) And their stuff is decently priced.

Be aware that some vendors offer synthetic MP base and some offer a more "natural" version.

Brambleberry has one of the best M/P bases out there. I wish I knew where a vendor closer to the east coast who carried the same quality bases. I don't order as much anymore from BB, as their shipping kills me.

Most suppliers online are resellers - if you want "true" wholesale (and that means large quantities) then you go to the manufacturer.
The consensus seems to be that the best manufacturer of MP bases is SFIC. Yo can google and find them.

http://www.soapies-supplies.com/shop/ - they are a little low on stuff right now due to restructuring but if you email them, they will tell you what they have and relist for you. Not sure about their shipping though as I live just down the road from them.
