Hi PJ.

Yes, I'm using BB's oxides. I've done both, dissolve them just before use, and I've made pigment bottles and stored them. I always have a 50/50 shot of my soap not coming out speckled. I've noticed that certain colors are more prone to it like blue, green, brown, red. Other colors mix in nicely. I did read somewhere that I can use my hand-blender to blend the colors in. Do you think this would be effective?
