Teach Soap

Oh my goodness they are all so pretty!! I started trying to list out who I am talking to, but the list got too long...so, everyone who has posted soap pictures in the last couple of pages, BEAUTIFUL! Lots of inspiration here.

I don't know what it is, but recently I've been finding the look of natural soaps to be so beautiful! I guess something about their simplicity. But then again, I've always been partial to blue so I'm really liking the winter in the northwest soap, too what scent is it?

These are my newest: Kentish rain and I tried to do an orange and pink swirl ???





And with some of the left over I made a few "girl catapillars" for my grand-dtr






And this is a wedding gift for a good friend, a citris blend: Love how these turned out!

Susie I love Kentish Rain too. I love your catepillars if I''m not overstepping how do you that my kids would love it, also love the packaging. Feisty GREAT colors.

Kate, very good looking soap. The lighting is better in the second one... easier to see the layers. I always forget about swirls... I should shave some of my 'spare pieces' now for a future batch. Sometimes it is just hard to plan ahead.

Kate, the catipillars are a silicone icecube mold from Fredandfriends. Check a kitchen store, gift store or the net. I know you can get them on e-bay or amazon. I got mine while in Bellingham Wa on vacation. Went to the concert downtown one night and inbetween acts strolled into a gift store and there it was. The soaps pop out very easily! There are 5 catipillars in the mold and everyone that I have seen is green. It is titled 'chillipedes'. I am thinking about getting one or two of their other forms. I paint my eyes on with soap paint. Very easy to do.

Bubbles, love the swirls in the Kentish Rain, and the caterpillars are so cute! Love the packaging on your wedding soaps, too.

All the soaps on the last two pages are gorgeous. Bubbles I really like your packaging for the Wedding gift. I want to make soap today. I just gotta finish vacumning and mopping first. I am making some more salt bars and then I think I will try apple jack peel in a cocoa swirl.
