So I love using micas but even if I mix them
with rubbing alcohol or glycerin I still get
clumps! Any tips out there???


Also I'm very new to soaping and will probably
be asking a ton of questions!

It depends how much mica and alcohol you are using. You can use one of those tiny frother mixers to help get the lumps out out of the mica/alcohol mixture.

Hi, Ashley. If your micas are clumping, it could be that they are too dry. If your mica and alcohol/glycerin mixture seems dry, add a bit more alcohol or glycerin to moisten it enough to mix. A tiny whisk may help you mix them better, too. :)
