I checked Columbus for for Palm oils, there are sooo many different kinds, which one should I get HELP ????

the homogenized no stir palm refined, bleached, deodorized

I just purchased Palm from Columbus Foods for the first time last month. It's the first time I've used Palm oil in my soaps. I've started noticing small whitish specks in my soaps and I'm assuming it's from the Palm oil. I got the Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached, Deodorized but not Homogenized. What is the difference other than the homogenized not needing stirring? Is the non-homogenized ok to use if you stir it?

Yes, it is safe to use. It sounds like stearic spots in your soap. You need to completely melt the palm oil and stir it each time before you measure it to be sure that the stearic is incorporated. (that's why the homogenized is so nice because you don't have to do this.) If you purchased a large container, you can melt it and mix it and then pour it into smaller containers that are easier to handle.
