Teach Soap

Hi all

My father-in-law has just returned from a trip to the States and very kindly returned with a bag of surprise soaping gifts for me! Yeah!
Only problem is, I have no idea what to do with them, as we dont get them here in Scotland. I'm sure one of you lovely bunch will be able to help!

1. - He brought back a couple of moulds that are "clamshells" - I believe this means that they are ready to be packaged and sold? Can I still just use them as moulds and re-use them?

2. - Here's the real puzzler for me. He brought back "soap colour bars". How on earth do you use these?!

All of the items are from Wholesale Supplies Plus, if that's any help.

1. Here's the listing of all the clamshells at WSP - read the reviews for how people use them and their feedback. I'd say they are more for instant packaging rather than using as molds, but I don't see why you couldn't use them for molds as well.

It's always fun to get supplies! Was your father in law in the Cleveland Ohio area? I wonder where he obtained the supplies? I think WSP is mail order only. with pick up at their warehouse for local people. WSP warehouse is about 15 minutes from my home. ( I know, living so close to them could be dangerous but, they have limited hours for their showroom)

My father in law was in New Jersey and Philadelphia so I'm not sure where he got the moulds and stuff from. Not complaining either way!!
