Anyone have experience with single use sized soaps? My thin sliced attemps curled while drying. Haven't found suitable molds yet (looking for trays of small sand dollars).

Try the Wilton silicone brownie mold. No cutting needed.

Soapbuddy, this indeed is intriguing. Have you ever used this mold or a square piece of soap? Was is easy to use?

I have made some for Motel/Hotels and travel bars and use candy molds, they are in the shape of a thin chocolate bar I purchased them in Michaels.

You can also find silicone molds with small shapes like hearts, sea shells, christmas trees, etc. that will work for CP.

I use a log mold I made. Makes 100 tiny soaps at a time. 4 rows of 25 bars each. 1-1/4" by 1-3/4" by 3/8" Then I just push them through a cutter I made for the size I wanted.
