Yummy cakes! Are you sure they're not edible?

How cute Cat! They absolutely look edible and are making me want a midnight snack! Is the icing cp soap or icing?

Tammy, I don't care if your soap didn't turn out the way you wanted, they still look great! I really like the cedar & saffron one. :D

@cat-those soap cakes are awesome! I used to make & decorate cakes so I know how much work went into each one of them. Amazing!

LavenderLady, all of your soaps look beautiful! I love the cute little hearts and the swirls in all of your soaps. The Cedar and Saffron fragrance sounds wonderful, too. Even though the relaxation soap's swirls didn't work out like you planned, it still looks very nice!

Cat, your soap cakes look amazing! I can't even imagine the amount of work that must have gone into each of those. They look good enough to eat. Fantastic job! :)

Thank you all so much! I really wasnt trying to elicit compliments, but yours make me feel really good, a lot better than I did when I un-molded them. Sometimes I tend to get a little hard on myself. All of you ladies just reminded me to step back and cut myself some slack. So Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The color orange did mellow out to what I originally planned. I was wondering myself why the orange pop mica came out so neon! I should be more patient. This is how it's cut:

Cat what a great replication! Good planning. I love the toned down look of the peach and the white icing so nicely sets off the cake part. Very nice indeed!

It is very pretty cat! I like it all "toned down".
Here is my pumpkin and beer soap. I colored with annato, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spices, and cherry bark powder. I should have either used less, or no cherry bark powder, cuz this came out very brown. Next time I will know better, but for my first beer (Fosters lager) and pumpkin soap, it is pretty and smells great, just not the color I was shooting for.

Wow~ that's a lot of coloring! But hey, when it comes to coloring, I'm intense, so I actually like it!
