Teach Soap

Um, the soap balls are hardening slowly but surely--I'll post an update in about a week. The barley grass is powdered; I purchase it from Mountain Rose where I get my herbs from, very economical that way. It might hold on to liquid, I don't know.

DOS stands for, if I remember right, Dreaded Orange Spots which, I think, can come from unprocessed organic matter in the soap. Is that right, soapbuddy?

As for the rest of the questions, I'm not sure about because I'm about as new at this as you are.

When doing cp, I tend to bevel the edges of my bars to make them easier to hold. I save my shavings for a couple of back to back batches in a air tight container and then squeeze them into 4 oz balls. Pop them on the drying rack right next to the bars.

I'll admit, I don't get enough of em to sell, but I've come up with some fantastic scent combos. (My favorite is BB's Arabian Spice, Black Tea, and a very basic, two note Frankincense and Myrrh that I picked up as a close out FO somewhere.)
