Here's my latest batch of soap, getting ready for summer. This was scented with BB's Summer Fling and once again, layers are proving to be difficult for me. I added the new layers at a really cool temperature (a little under 120 F) and made sure that the soap I was adding the layers to were hard to the touch. I don't know what's going on here...

I think they look just fabulous! What is it you don't like? Is it the white bleeding down into the blue? I love it...just say "I meant to do that" and let people oohhh and ahhh! :P

It's about how the red and white striping isn't straight... it curves and I was hoping for something that looked a lot more uniform. For some reason I can't get my soaps to do that :(

I'm waiting on Legal Zoom to get all the paperwork in order (they're taking their sweet time) so I can get business insurance and start selling! I was hoping to get my shop up at the end of the month, but I don't think I'll have everything in order by then :( So, I'll let you know when I get set up :)

I've just been using Brambleberry stuff 'cause I haven't ordered from anyone else. The white is the powdered titanium dioxide, red is non-bleeding liquid red, and blue is ultramarine blue pigment. :)
