Is it possible to put M&P while it's in the liquid state into cold process soap after you pour it in the mold? I'd like to have some of the M&P translucent color and look in my CP soap. Hope this makes sense.

Yes, I've done it. Your CP soap has to be at thin trace to add the melted MP to it. I also didn't gel.

Yes, some of us did it before. The only thing is I prefer using low sweat M&P to do this kind of combo. Regular M&P has more glycerin and it tends to be softer than CP, so easily get separated after awhile. And if you use regular M&P the shrinkage rate is not going to be the same as CP when curing.
