Would it good idea to add quick legal questions and answers to a list so that newbies (like me) can get more info.

my question is

What ingredients are required for melt and pour soaps to meet legal requirements? Can you just put glycerine or must it be the ingredients of the glycerne?

I am in the US so not familiar with UK regulations other than knowing that the UK and EU are super stringent in their laws on cosmetics and soap is regulated as a cosmetic there.

I would imagine you have to have a full INCI ingredient listing. Since you are selling soap and other body products I would hope you were already familiar with the rules.

There is a UKSoapers Yahoo group that is very active. You may want to check it out.
