Teach Soap

I made this delish blueberry lime jam last summer that was just out of this world incredibly yummy. I wanted to combine blueberry delight with lime in a CP soap as a takeoff on that jam, but from what I understand citrus scents don't have much staying power in CP soap. I definitely want the blueberry scent to be stronger than the lime, but I do want to have them both in there.

I was thinking 1.4 oz blueberry + 1 oz lime for a 2lb recipe? Thoughts? Other suggestions? Thanks!!

For a 2 lb. recipe, I would not go more than 2 ozs. of total of any scent. To help anchor lime, use a small amount of litsea. It smells lemony and works great in a blend.

While lime EO can be very harsh, I would still use more than drops in a 2 lb soap batch. Still though, I would not use more than .5 oz ppo because of that harshness.

True, not for 2 lbs. I just made a 3lb batch of mojito soap with 2 ml of diluted lime EO (but the lime was heavily diluted - 10% lime, 90% jojoba).
