I have been playing around with a few different lye calculators and have notice that they all seem to have different amounts of lye/water recommendations and it has me wondering which calculation to go with.

They are different because SAP values vary. SAP value are normally given as a range, that's why some calcs give you different results. For liquid soap, I like Summer Bee Meadow. For solid soap I use BrambleBerry or The Sage.

I have been using BB for my bar soaps and haven't had any problems at all.

BrambleBerry does seem to be a good one as it has a great amount of oils to choose from.

I tend to use soapcalc.net, though I don't recommend using their default water of 38% of oils. You'll have to wait too long for it to cure.
