I was just wondering , is palm wax for making pillar candles.. the same as palm oil to m ake soap???

I would assume that it is, or its the palm kernel oil, which is also used in soap, and is pretty much the same thing. However, you know what that assume saying is , so I would either see if someone else knows for sure, or I would contact the vendor and ask them if I could not find it on a google search. Much luck!

I would ask your vendor if the palm wax is safe for skin use. Some candle waxes have additives, which makes them unsuitable for bath and body prpoducts.

I did ask them, but they said they have no knowledge about these things only about candle stuff.
Because if they sell a 10 pound palm wax for 17 Dollars, that would be pretty nice....right?

Well if it has any additives, I would suppose that it should say so on the label. How is it labeled?

Candle wax is not labeled the same as bath and body ingredients. For example your candle label could say Pure Vegetable Palm Wax or Eco Palm Wax. Is it 100% pure wax? Does it have any additives? There's no way to know for sure, unless you contact the actual manufacturer. Even then, they might tell your that their wax formula is proprietary and that they don't divulge their formula.
