I just made a batch of Dragons Blood with what I hope will be gold mica swirls. I goofed up last time so this is my scecond attempt.
Boy. I really like that fragrance. I know it is one of those love it or hate it FO. To me it smells just like those funky shops you go in that have dragon and fairy stuff. That is not to say I am in to those shops I just think they are kind of fun.
Tomorrow I will try a salt bar. I got my first silicone mold today, 2 LB, so I will try it in that.

I like it too. I hope your soap comes out how you envisioned it.

I suppose I will have to be patient to see if I got any color differentiation since it seemed to take about a week for the fragranced part of the soap to get good and dark. If it didn't work out I will be back to square one to make this pretty instead of just a brown good smelling bar.

Did you not fragrance the gold mica part? I did a copper mica swirl in my leather soap, but wanted the shimmer to come thru a little so I swirled with clear M&P soap. I liked the results, just need to work some on my swirling. I am looking forward to the photos, please. I have this scent waiting for me in the basement. Also thought about doing a deep red swirl - the blood part!
