I purchased 50lbs of palm kernel at a great price. When I got home with the product I read that it also contained soy lecithin! Help! Lol

I'm curious, does anyone know if this is still useable as part of my recipe? I read that lecithin is safe, I'm just concerned about the lye amount. Do I just use the palm kernel amount?

I use liquid lecithin for my fast tracing or accelerating fragrances. Calculate your recipe according to the normal SAP value of palm kernel.

Lecithin is used in cooking as an emulsifier and to prevent sticking, so is sometimes added to the oil and the sprays oils.
