Lavenderlady... I heard somewhere that Fleet Farm was started by two brothers and Farm and Fleet was started by two different brothers or cousins or something. I believe though similar they are different businesses. We have farm and fleet in Wisconsin too! :lol:

ljm, I do my lye exactly as you do. I am sure I learnt how to do that from the forum. I also keep my gloves on the whole time and I wear glasses so my eyes are protected. Once I learned about the dryer sheet trick I have not had a bit of a problem.

I've ordered from this place before but have not tried the thermometers. Can't beat the price if they are any good. :mrgreen:
