How much cocoa powder do I use per lb of soap? And do I just add the powder at trace?

I would start with 1 tsp. per lb. of soap. You can mix it into your melted oils.

Talk about cocoa powder. If you have and imbed that you want a thin cocoa line around do you just roll it in the powder? Then how do you keep it from coming off when you pour around it?
