Welcome Tammy, it is good to hear from you. This makes me wonder if I could use that scent in a lotion bar to apply? Sort of like a soap bar, right?

Thank you for the kind welcome! While I have never made lotion from mine, theoretically, I don't see why you couldn't, as long as you took extreme care to manage the oils and their percentages. Of course I am not familiar with the FO at all, so I can't say anything about that. In the EO's, the question will be if you can get effective protection from a strength that will not adversely impact the skin. A lotion will be absorbed more than a soap, so that will be the fine line you will have to walk. Good luck ! Oh, and don't forget that you may want to mark it unsafe for children in order to protect yourself from some liability issues, as well as product ratio issues (since their EO's can't be as strong).

Thanks for the advice. I do not sell my products and my child is grown, so this would only be for my DH that is loved by mosquitos!
