If I use a recipe of one pound citric acid to two pounds baking soda, how much fragrance oil do I need to make it fragrant for the shower or bath? I made some fizzies for the shower out of 4 oz of citric acid and 8 oz of baking soda, and I couldn't even smell the scent when I put one in the shower.

It depends what the fragrance was and where you got it. Some are stronger than others.
