Teach Soap

Every single time I try to swirl my MP, it never ever ever comes out right, my soap ends up being in 2 layers. I have been using goat's milk, whit, clear MP and it doesn't matter what temp, it won't swirl!! What am I doing wrong???? Thanks.

If it's any consolation, I can't get MP to swirl either. No matter what I try it just doesn't work for me. If I pour white into a colored clear base, I can get what looks like "clouds" but no swirl. I've since given up on it and just swirl my CP soaps. There are some things I refuse to keep trying after so many failures.

it can be done grasshoppa... you must have patience.

the soap must be thickened before a decent swirl can be made. i'm still perfecting it, but these weren't too bad....

Beautiful swirls dragonlady. I really like the red & brown one.

Swirling takes a lot of patience and a lot of practicing. You just have to make sure that your soap is super cooled down and swirl as soon as it's poured.
