That is a good one. I make all mine in crocpots right now and that would not be good. They do make some very large stainless steel pots (I own a 80 quart one) that maybe you can get 2 large ones and make a double boiler out of them and do it that way. You could make a large batch of paste and dilute it in portions after that. Good luck and let us know what you come up with.
