I want to be able to make a very exfoliating bar of melt and pour I have tryed apricot seeds but I need something more harsh or aggresive, also how do you make a lotion bar?! Thanks for your help

I think poppyseeds are harsh. I also ground up some oatmeal until it was fine/powdery and I thought it was harsh too. I don't know, maybe I used the wrong kind of oatmeal or my skin is thin, lol.

Hmm all of those sound amazing I think I will make a couple of each and see which one I like!! Thanx everyone I have very thick skin so nothing has ever been too harsh for me I use to spend a lot on lush products like their sugar scrubs ocean salts and lotion bars but it's just too expensive and making my own is exciting and works my family loves it:)
