Hello everyone,
I'm a newbie to soap making. I recently recieved my first order. I ordered a synergy blend for sore muscles.
I want to know how many drops should I use? And what soap base would work for this basic soap.

Thanks
:)

I normally use about 0.5 oz. per lb. of MP soap base. Which MP soap do you have? Since soap is a wash off product, wouldn't this blend be better in a lotion or a lotion bar? That way you would get the benefits of the blend on your skin.

Thank you for your reply. I have white soap, clear, aloe vera, shea butter M&P bases. I've never made lotion or a lotion bar before. Is the process difficult? The oil is kind of strong so I don't want the scent to linger.

I guess I didn't make myself clear; sorry. I meant where did your MP base come from?
Lotion is more involved than a lotion bar. For a lotion bar you need 1/3 liquid oils, 1/3 butters. 1/3 wax. Melt them all, add your blend, then pour into a deo type container.
