Teach Soap

Hi all,

My honey carrot chamomile soap which I made about 3 weeks ago have dark circle in the middle of most
bars. First when I saw them I didn't mind, I though since it didn't gel because I put it in fridge
( I have honey in it) and they will disappear after a while. but, after about three weeks they're still
the same. Do you think they'll go away?

I have had that happen once to me. I think the issue is that the darker center is where the soap did gel and the lighter area is where it did not. Mine did not go away.

Sounds like you got a partial gel. When I do, the ring doesn't go away.

Soapbuddy, how can I prevent this from happening next time? I put the mold in the fridge for about 12 hrs and then left it
on the counter for another 12 hrs before cutting because it still was a little bit soft. I don't insulate it because of the honey in it.
