Most of our group has a definite style we have developed from brains, cupcakes, food, loaves, etc etc and last but by no means least deviant frogs(injoke for Mary)Every time you sell a frog it will be with a smile on your face
It really is amazing me how many different things we collectively make with our M & P.

I really want to make realistic brains, all grey and slightly pink. Very gross looking but I don't think anyone would want to buy them, LOL.

Silverpegasus - did all our soaps get to you safely yet?

I think Pauline asked earlier, it would be interesting to know, how the soaps were wrapped and packaged for transit?

I wish I took a photo of how I packed mine.

It was just in the 3kg satchel, I had all soaps wrapped up in bubble wrap and then tightly so they couldn't move about, in a small cardboard box, then the top sealed with a packing foam.

Hopefully it withstood the trip!

The Saga of the soap. Met Purple Molly for coffee - walked back to where I was staying - so far so good - packaged up soap to post from Melbourne - oh bother forgot the bag - nearest postal outlet 2km away - oh well a walk would do me good - still got a couple of days up my sleeve - after all it's still May - just - now NZ post shuts at 5.30 Aus shut at 5.00 - I got there at 2 mins past - oh well it was a nice walk home in the dark through the park - no spookys about - I'll leave the parcel unsealed and post it at the airport first thing in the morning - still be a day early - unheard of for me - not feeling to good but OK - whoops no postal sevivice at airport just a place where you can buy stamps - the lade couldn't even guess how much to put on - no bags either - son had left by then so could't give it to him - Oh well will post in Christchurch - will have to go without the bag but can't be helped - still a day early - took it as 'carry on' - xray man wanted to know what it was - feeling lousier by the minute - went to the loo in Chch airport and was violently sick - washed up and went throught imigration - whoops where is my parcel - sitting on the bench in the ladies - not allowed back into no mans land - someone went to get it for me - man says to me ' lucky its not ticking' - as it had both Silverpegasus's and my full names on it I was pleased it wasn't too - got to M I L where we were staying the night -just - and was very sick again - OK it can wait to the morning as I'll have to open it up and put $10 in for the bag and an extra for Silver P for her trouble - feeling better by now though and its still the 1st - walked out in the morning slipped on some wet leaves or mud or something bust my ankle on the edge of the gutter and ended up with a pin and plaster. Parcel finally got away on Thursday and paid extra so should be there yesterday but holiday for you all so hopefully not far off. So sorry Silver P to make you buy a bag I put a little extra in for everyone to say sorry for lateness and an extra extra for Silver P.

i wrapt mine up in tissue paper, then scrap pieces of bubble wrap and then put them in a plastic bag then put them in the satchel. This was mainly due to total disorganisation on my behalf as i was at work and left all my packaging bits and pieces at home - hope they made it ok!
