I tried searching color, colour, coloring... etc.. but didin't find anything..

So, my first batch is down for the cp soap! yay! an it was a success. My next batch I'd like to add some colour, but I'm not sure which types of colours are safe for CP soap...

What are the colouring options? I mean, what works best, what should I stay away from and stuff?

It's a matter of personal preference. You can use oxides, ultramarines, clays, micas & Lab Colors.
