Hi all! I am not sure if this topic even goes here in this thread; but I just received a shipment from BB, and I have no idea how to use the perfume balm!!! On the website it just says that you can add fragrance to the oil and that's it!!! Can someone help me please? Thank you!!

All you need to do is take out the amount that you need, melt it, add fragrance (I use about 0.5oz. per lb.), then pour it into small, heat safe containers like slider tins, or lotion bar containers.

I think I might have done this the wrong way. I melted the perfume balm until it was like an oil, added the fragrance, but now the consistency is like mush if you touch it too hard. How come ir didn't turn back into almost a solid? How do I get it to be more firm?

are you in a hot and humid climate?

Maybe stick it in the fridge to see if it helps it firm up a bit more. it should end up like lip balm consistency.

How much fragrance did you add?

Otherwise, call or email BB. Leah always answers my questions super fast!

She's right. If it's hot where you are, you might need to add more wax of some sort. Always make a small batch and let it set before you make a big batch.
