Well this batch seems to have gone south on me. It seems to be leaking it's oil out and it's been 4 days.

What could be the problem I'm sure I followed the measurements precisely. Any and all ideas welcome! TUIA

What was the recipe? How warm were the oils and lye when combined? How much did you superfat? Is it possible that it overheated?

Hi soapbuddy, it is a tried and true recipe soaped at room temps pretty evenly spread. I did use new molds! SF was 6 percent.

Does overheating cause a soap to loose oil?

Can a new fragrance do this to a soap and cause it to loose oil?

Thanks I guess I'll do the elimination process or since I love the mold so I'll figure out a way around the problem!
