is it O.K. to warp CP HP soap with plastic wrap?
i think i red thet is only good for MP?

As a liner, no. For CP or CPHP, you can use it on top just as long as it doesn't go in the oven.

If you mean wrapping it post production for selling or storing purposes I do not use plastic wraps of any kind on my CP soaps.

I put fully cured soap in soap boxes.

When soap is fully cured for the cp soaps wrapping in a paper is nice with a fabric tie around the middle is nice. I wouldn't use plastic wrap on a cp soap, it leaves markes, it doesn't breath, you can't smell it's delicate fragrance, many reasons and you will find a few of your own reasons in time! Good luck.

I use a mixture of cigar bands and paperboard boxes made with recycled materials. For my cigar bands I use a high grade parchment paper and make them on my home computer and print them. The boxes I use labels that I print from my computer although I intend to get a stamp of my logo made soon to reduce costs further.
