hi everyone.

i've been playing with the bb m&p soap loaf. ive done the geometric shape thing with it, and it came out pretty kewl. (kinda looks like the top of a marlboro box)

however, after i'd say 10 uses, the 2 top corners came off.

while making the first corner, i spritzed with alcohol to remove any bubbles, let it cool and dry until it didn't move when i poured the second corner.

i spritzed the second corner for bubbles, and after it cooled and dried, i spritzed it again before pouring the middle part.

since i spritzed with alcohol, im not sure where i went wrong. do you think i waited too long to pour the middle part? (like it got too cool?)

You might have waited too long. I sometimes wait only long enough to get a layer on top, then spritz with alcohol and pour the next layer over a spoon.

Hi, Shell!

Just read this and didn't know if you read "PJ's tips for separating layers" . It discusses fine detail work for M&P but I would imagine that it would apply to your problem to.
