Hi All.
I'm new here & have been following the forum for a few weeks.
I made my first batch of lotion on 2/10. I was very diligent in washing all my utensils and the lotion bottles in a 5% bleach water solution. I added a preservative (Optiphen) and made sure the lotion was completely cool before putting the cap on. I have been using the lotion for days now.
On 2/15, I noticed some condensation on the inside shoulders of my lotion bottle (I gave the other 5 bottles away). The smell, texture, color all look fine to me. There is no seperation that I can see. The bottle is a 4oz clear PET bottle with rounded shoulders.
I don't know if this is because I've got it on a table next to a mini-wine refrigerator and a lamp, causing the lotion to heat up very slightly, then cool down at night, or if it's something with the lotion?
Any ideas?
Thank you.
Michele
