Anyone have any tips on how to help them hang around awile in CP soap? Does it help to use a little lemongrass fo with them? Does adding some clay help them hold? How about if you don't let it gel?

Anchors like Litsea, Vetiver or Patchouli help. I don't gel and find that the fragrance doesn't morph or disappear as much.

I have used fruity fos successfully without anchors--- it just depends on your recipe and the fo. I always buy a small bottle of fo the first time and only make 1 batch. Sometime the scent fades completely the first week then comes back the next--- or vice versa. Some scents stay strong start to finish. You really have to test your own recipe and keep notes. --- I will write right on the bottle label so I will remember wether or not to order it in a larger container next time.

I've only tried one fruit FO so far and it held pretty well. But then again I only did a 1 pound batch to test it. Keeping notes on how well the scent holds up or not is a great idea.
