Ok, my turn to flaunt

I made these for gifts this past Christmas.
My first soaps ever and they looked pretty darn good I thought for a newb. Not a very good pic of them though.

I also, have to say that I'm blown away by what I have seen so far in this thread.

(sorry about the candles I know this thread is for soaps)

Wow, silverpegasus. Those stripes are fabulous. That would make a great men's soap. The stripes actually put me in mind of men's pyjamas And you're an Aussie, too. You must get some wonderful inspiration for your soaps from the beautiful scenery where you live.

soapbuddy, those bold colours remind me of fireworks.

Those first soaps are great. I like the green one. I found layers hard when I first started.

Here is my latest bar. In my last order from BB I got a free sample of Christmas Forest. I just needed to try it, and here it is:

It is made from BB's Goat's Milk MP, Green Chrome Oxide, Christmas Forest FO and the swirls are BB's Goat Milk MP, and Fresh Snow FO. I've named it Snowy Forest and it smells very nice I think the swirls came out nice as well

Here are some of my latest creations


Rhubarb and Custard (smells so juicy and yummy!)


This one is called 'Jinny' and it's scented with Orchard Fruits and Apple Blossom FO's. It is an 'abstract' representation of a Somerset orchard and I love it! It was great fun to make.


This one is Mysore Sandalwood and poopyseed

Wow thanks! The rubarb and custard is my very favorite! But i love the seeds also in Mysore Sandalwood and poopyseed. I'm assuming Mysore is a scent. Very nice.
