Some places sell a beer FO. I smelled one awhile back and did not think it smells like beer.

I was thinking of scenting it with maybe leather" or patchouli?, sandalwood? What do you think?

I hate to get off the topic here, but I really would like to know if anyone has used a leather scent in CP soap and had it smell like leather? My husband made me a leather candle once and it is the best he ever made for us... but then I can't go past a leather store in the malls without stopping in for a sniff! :D

The best batches of soap I've ever made have been beer soap, and I don't add any scents. I used Blue Moon for the beer and the soap has a nice light citrusy sweet smell. I would try to make a small batch of it and see if you like the scent is has without adding anything!
